50g plain chocolate (2oz)
75g margerine (3oz)
2 eggs
125g caster sugar (5oz)
100g self-raising flour (4oz)
pinch of salt
50g chopped walnuts (2oz)
- melt the chocolate and margerine over hot water
- beat in the eggs and sugar.
- mix in flour, salt and nuts, spread in well greased square tin.
- bake at gas mark 4 or 180 for about 30 minutes, until the top has a dull crust
