TIPS

1. Kids some of these recipies involve hot equipment, and Pooh and his friends would really hate you too hurt yourself, So could you please ask your mummy and daddy to help.

2. One of the recipies asks you to bake 'BLIND' this means - You line the tins for your particular recipie and lay a circle of greese proof paper over the pastry, and take some rice or beans and fill the tin (don't forget to re-use the rice or beans again to bake blind again) and bake in the oven for 15 minutes. You then carry on with what the recipie tells you to do.
